  To whom it may concern,

  Sir,

  May i have the honor to ask for some informations on how one Syrian citizen in the name of Haroution Korkilian wanted to renew his passport in Algeria. His passport was expired last Dec. 2014 and it is very hard for him to renew his passport because of some circumstances here in libya.I am asking your good advice on what to do if he will send somebody for the renewal of his passport and what are the following requirement on the said subject.
